1. Mojito
Take a collins glass fill it with ice and then pour 30ml white rum in a collins glass then
3 parts 30 ml lime juice with
6 mint leaves.
Then pour 2 teaspoon sugar syrup with
soda water on the rocks in a collins glass and the drink is ready to be served.
2. Caribbean Rum Punch
Take a glass fill it with ice then pour
45ml of dark rum with
8ml of coconut juice,
75ml of pinapple juice,
75ml of Orange juice and
8ml of lime juice.
Shake it well and pour it on the rocks and serve
3. Long Island Ice Tea
Named after its resemblance to non- alcoholic ices tea, This Cocktail is very famous and quite strong.
Take a highball glass filled with ice
Pour 30ml gin,
30ml whie rum,
30 ml Tequila,
30ml Vodka,
45ml of sweet/sour mix and
splash of cola
4. Greyhound
Grey hound is a softer version of Salty dog without salt.As in salty dog gin is replaced with vodka.
Fill collins glass with ice cubes
Add 50ml of Gin and 200ml of grapefruit juice
stir well and garnish with a lemon wedge
5. Mint Julep
Classic strong bourbon cocktail. It is a type of variation “Kremlin Colonel” is made with vodka instead of bourbon
put 1 teaspoon sugar and mint into rocks glass
pour 10 to 15ml Bourbon/Vodka and leave it for a while
fill the glass with ice and pour 50ml of bourbon/Vodka
Garnish with mint leaf
