Hello Guys.. hope everyone is safe. In these hard times, the Gyms are closed and We know many of us to want to keep ourselves fit. but we don’t have a proper workout routine. Here is Home Exercise Schedule for Beginners from Monday to Saturday.
Alway warmup before you start your workout.
Do share your workout videos and photos with us. Also, tell us did you like the workout Routine. Please do it at your own pace. You will achieve your goals.
Start with basic full-body Stretching then 2 warmup sets of 20 pushups and 20 Squats and 20 pull-ups (If you have a bar). Repeat this routine for 4 weeks.
