Ingredients-
- Fine Rawa – 1 Cup
- Onion – 1
- Capsicum – 1
- ginger chili – 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder – 1/2
- Turmeric Powder – a pinch
- Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Soda bicarb – a pinch
- Salt to taste
- Curd as required
Now it’s time to cook this awesome dish.
So follow these steps
- Chop the onion and capsicum very finely
- Now mix all the dry spices along with ginger chili paste, chopped onion, and capsicum, Rawa, soda bicarb and salt.
- add enough curd to prepare a thick batter.
- Heat oil and dip a teaspoon full of batter at a time in hot oil and fry till golden brown.
